  • If a product sells out, Broo Café will notify the customer and offer alternatives or the corresponding refund.

  • Prices are expressed in Colombian pesos (COP) and include applicable taxes.

  • We accept various payment methods through secure platforms (Mercado Pago: debit or credit cards, installments and PSE).

  • Broo Café does not store financial information or card data.

6. Shipping and delivery

  • Delivery times vary depending on the city and product availability.

  • Once the order has been dispatched, the customer will receive a tracking number.

  • Broo Café is not responsible for delays attributable to third parties (carriers, weather conditions, etc.).

7. Returns and refunds policy

Because our products are consumables, we do not accept returns or issue refunds.

Replacements will only be made for products that are damaged, incorrectly shipped or have verifiable defects, in accordance with our current policies.
